Inventory Purchases

Archer Logistix LLC is a liquidation and closeout company dealing in returns, seconds, overstock, and excess inventory. Buyers should read this section carefully before purchasing.

Availability and Pricing

Inventory listed on our website is subject to availability and may sell out or change without notice.

Listed pricing does not include freight or shipping unless specifically stated.

Condition and Manifests

All merchandise is sold AS IS and WHERE IS, with no warranties of any kind. Inventory may be damaged, defective, incomplete, missing parts or packaging, or otherwise unsuitable for resale in its current condition.

Where a manifest is provided, it reflects estimated contents and retail value only. A manifest is not a guarantee of condition, quantity, working order, or resale value.

Unmanifested, mixed, and raw loads are sold with no guarantee of specific contents.

We disclose what we know about a load before you commit. What we do not do is warrant it.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including product condition, functionality, shortages, or resale outcome.

Archer Logistix LLC is not liable for the condition of any product sold, or for damage occurring in transit.

Title and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon pickup, or upon release of the goods to a carrier, whichever occurs first. This applies whether the buyer arranges freight independently or Archer Logistix arranges it on the buyer's behalf.

Once a load has been picked up or released to a carrier, it is the buyer's property and the buyer's responsibility. Claims for loss or damage occurring after that point are between the buyer and the carrier.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for inspecting inventory at the time of pickup or delivery.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that purchased inventory complies with any applicable laws or regulations in their own resale market, including product safety, labeling, recall, and licensing requirements.

Invoice Terms

Every purchase is also governed by the terms printed on the corresponding Archer Logistix invoice. Where an invoice and these Terms address the same subject, both apply and are intended to be read together.

Selling Inventory to Archer

If you are selling or liquidating inventory through Archer Logistix, any pricing, terms, or recovery estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the inventory.

Sellers are responsible for confirming they have full legal rights to sell the inventory provided, including a clear chain of ownership.

Final terms for any sale or liquidation arrangement will be confirmed in a separate written agreement between Archer Logistix and the seller.

Freight and Shipping

Where Archer Logistix arranges freight on a buyer's or seller's behalf, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Freight costs are subject to change based on carrier pricing, distance, and load size.

Arranging freight on a buyer's behalf does not change when risk of loss transfers. See Title and Risk of Loss above.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archer Logistix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or sale of inventory through us, including lost profits or lost resale value.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Archer Logistix and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Third Party References

References to retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or others on this website are for descriptive purposes only, indicating the original source of inventory. Archer Logistix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these retailers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
