About our Founder
Damian Polak
CEO & Founder
Damian Polak is an entrepreneur based in Chicago, IL, with a strong background in reverse logistics and liquidation. Previously, he served as CEO of Nice Find Wholesale and was also a bin store owner, giving him firsthand experience in the industry. Damian understands the liquidation sector deeply, having learned it through years of hands-on work in warehouses and operational roles. He is dedicated to transparency and education in the industry, believing that more openness and knowledge-sharing can benefit everyone. Outside of his professional pursuits, Damian is the host and producer of the All Things Circular podcast, where he explores solutions and ideas promoting sustainability and circularity. An avid traveler, he has explored 30 countries before age 30, which continues to inspire his global and innovative approach to reverse logistics.
