Meet the team behind Archer Logistix. Founded by Damian Polak, we help businesses recover value through liquidation and reverse logistics.
We’re not a warehouse full of strangers moving boxes. Archer Logistix is a Chicago based liquidation and reverse logistics company built by experienced liquidators who understand the industry from the ground up. We help retailers, manufacturers, and resellers maximize recovery through efficient liquidation, reverse logistics, and wholesale distribution.
About Archer Logistix
Our Story
Our founder’s wife grew up on Archer Avenue, and over the years it became a road that meant something to the family. But Archer Avenue is more than just a street. It runs alongside some of Chicago’s most important logistics corridors, following the same path as the historic Illinois and Michigan Canal, major freight rail lines, and the Stevenson Expressway (I 55). For generations it has been a vital route for moving goods through the Chicago region, making it the perfect name for a company built around keeping inventory moving.
Archer Logistix isn’t our founder’s first company. In early 2020, at 23 years old, he co founded Nice Find, starting as a small bin store that quickly evolved into Nice Find Wholesale, growing into one of the Midwest’s leading liquidation companies. Over the next five years, the team learned the industry inside and out, built relationships across the country, and discovered what it really takes to move inventory at scale. As goals and priorities evolved, the founders each pursued their own paths, which ultimately led to founding Archer Logistix in 2025.
This time, the goal was to build a company centered around what we do best: helping retailers, manufacturers, and businesses recover value from excess, returned, and closeout inventory while building long term relationships with customers who count on us.

At Archer Logistix, we specialize in value recovery. We step in to create a simple, efficient process that helps businesses reclaim space, recover cash, and reduce the operational burden of managing unwanted assets.
Every situation is different, which is why we don’t force inventory into a one size fits all solution. Our team evaluates each opportunity, sorts and grades assets, and determines the best path to maximize recovery through the right sales channels and strategic partnerships.
